Leadercast

One of Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People is to “sharpen the saw”.  Today I’m spending the day at Northern Kentucky Leadercast sharpening the proverbial saw.

This will be my 5th time attending Leadercast, a 1 day leadership conference held in Atlanta and simulcast to hundreds of locations around the country including 2 in Greater Cincinnati.  It’s a day packed full of learning from some of the greatest leadership minds in the world.

I always come away from this event inspired.  I look forward to applying what I learn to my work, my volunteer service, my campaign and in service to our great city!
